Lockbox is located on the tree protector directly in front of your building, 283 City Rd
You will receive instructions to confirm the lockbox number and code.
There will be one key/fob set in the lockbox and another key/fob set in the apartment.
The fob will give you access to the building lobby and elevators.
-To enter the building, swipe the panel on the right hand side with your fob to activate the sliding doors.
-To use the elevators, swipe the panel on the left hand side and then select your floor.
The key is to access your apartment.
Open the cover to access dials. Please see video below to see how to operate the lockbox.
After opening the lockbox, please close it again and turn the dials to prevent others from seeing the code.
